This is a great property to get in touch with nature. It would be a great buck camp or just a summer get away with much cooler temperatures. The property has water rights to the spring that runs year around. The East side of the property is shared boundary with Coggins Park. Spectacular view of Bully Choop Mountain where the notorious hunting is. There is a lower road that has deeded access to this property it just needs to be cleaned from non-use, which would keep you in the lower elevation to access property during the winter months.
